Bistro is Blinkit’s 10-minute food app, run by Blinkit’s parent company Eternal. It cooks meals, snacks and drinks in its own kitchens and has 77 of them in 6 cities: Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.
Bistro has its own app, separate from the Blinkit grocery app. Expect a ₹5 convenience fee in the final bill at checkout.

How to order from Bistro and what to expect
- Set your exact address. Bistro delivers only near its kitchens, and Ghaziabad and Greater Noida have fewer than 5 kitchens each, so many homes there are out of range.
- Bistro is not in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai or Pune. In those cities Zepto Cafe is the only 10-minute food option.

How Bistro by Blinkit works and how it has grown
Bistro is Eternal’s rival to Zepto Cafe. It cooks in its own kitchens instead of counters inside grocery dark stores. Deepinder Goyal has called these kitchens “closer to a food manufacturing system optimised for freshness, speed, and consistency” than a restaurant.
Bistro had 38 kitchens in July 2025 and 45 in February 2026. It has 77 now. In July 2026 Eternal said it would add about 10 kitchens a quarter, and speed up only as the business makes more money.
