Free delivery minimum order on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and more

The free delivery minimum order is ₹199 on Blinkit and Zepto, and ₹299 on Instamart. Zepto raises it to ₹299 at busy times. Flipkart Minutes is free above ₹99, and so is Amazon Now for Prime members.

Below the minimum, Blinkit and Instamart charge ₹30 in delivery fees (Instamart ₹16 between ₹199 and ₹299), before the handling, small-cart and other delivery charges some apps add.

Free delivery minimum order on each app

The minimum is the cart value you must cross for the delivery fee to drop to zero. Handling and small-cart fees are separate and can still apply above it.

Apps can set different minimums by area, time of day and user, and change them without notice.

Member minimums

Zepto Club and Prime members get free delivery from ₹99, Swiggy One members from ₹199 on Instamart, and bbstar members from ₹600 on scheduled BigBasket orders. Blinkit has no plan. Whether one of these quick delivery memberships pays for itself depends on how often you order below the minimum.

How to reach the free delivery minimum without overspending

Top up with staples you will use. If you are ₹30 short, add atta, oil or detergent. Don’t add a ₹60 snack to save a ₹30 fee.
Check the time on Zepto. A ₹250 cart is free in normal hours. At busy times the minimum rises to ₹299, so the same cart can attract a fee.
Switch apps for small carts. For an order of ₹100 to ₹199, Flipkart Minutes, or Amazon Now with Prime, can deliver free where Blinkit and Zepto would charge.

How the free delivery minimum has changed since 2025

Minimums fell in November 2025. Through 2026 Zepto moved its minimum back up in two steps, while Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now (for Prime members) went down to ₹99.

3 Nov 2025: Zepto to ₹99. Zepto cut its free-delivery minimum from ₹199 to ₹99. Blinkit and Flipkart Minutes stayed at ₹199. Instamart waived all fees above ₹299.
Jan 2026: Zepto to ₹149. Zepto ended the ₹99 offer for non-members.
12 Feb 2026: Amazon Now for Prime. Prime members get free Amazon Now delivery on orders of ₹99.
19 Aug 2026: Zepto to ₹199. Up to ₹299 at busy times. Zepto’s normal-hours minimum now matches Blinkit’s.
9 Sep 2026: Flipkart Minutes to ₹99. The new standalone app (beta) offers free delivery above ₹99.
